Retail Advising Services Private Limited shall not assume responsibility for refunding any payments made by the User in the event of event cancellation by RAS, unless due to force majeure circumstances. Furthermore, in case of the User’s failure to attend the Event for any reason, RAS retains the right to forfeit the participation fee.
